About the role

As a Site Engineer at Everblue Development and Construction Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of civil and structural engineering projects. Based in Sual Pangasinan, this full-time position will see you collaborating closely with the construction team to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on site.

What you'll be doing

1. Interpreting and implementing engineering drawings and specifications
2. Monitoring construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards
3. Identifying and resolving on-site issues, and communicating with project stakeholders
4. Conducting site inspections and producing detailed progress reports
5. Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project activities
