About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join MODERNLITE ELECTRICAL SDN BHD as a Site Engineer. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects in the Penang area. This full-time position requires hands-on experience in project management within the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities especially in M & E field to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
2. Liaising with clients, main contractors and other stakeholders to address any issues that arise and ensure smooth project execution
3. Interpreting and implementing technical drawings, specifications and construction plans
4. Monitoring site safety, quality control and environmental compliance
5. Managing and supervising on-site teams, including subcontractors
