JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Assist the Construction Supervisor in the completion of projects with adherence to the construction standard and policies at project site. Implements that the approved construction plans and reports actual project accomplishments to his department. To ensures that every item of work is done within schedule and quality.

2. Responsible for preparing job orders, cost estimates, billings, reports, and material requests with accuracy and completeness.

3. Oversees subdivision maintenance activities, including the upkeep of entrance gates, common facilities, and road/block grass cutting.

4. Monitor and supervise housing and land development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
