Responsibilities
Oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring they are executed according to approved designs and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to address and resolve any site-related issues.
Carry out site inspections to verify work quality, compliance with safety regulations, and adherence to project standards.
Review and apply technical drawings and design documents accurately during site execution. Track material usage and resource allocation to promote cost-effectiveness.
Compile and submit daily site progress reports and relevant documentation to the project management team.
Enforce safety procedures on-site and actively monitor the safety of all workers.
