The incumbent will supervise the installation of Otis lifts, escalators and dumbwaiters for assigned projects from commencement to completion including handover to Service.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Safety – Ensure Otis Safety Requirements work compliance (OSS) pertaining to work activities are being adhered to.
2. Quality
a. Implements and maintains all ISO 9000 procedures.
b. Regular check to installation quality based on Otis' in-house quality guidelines.
c. Coordinate with main contractor, other subcontractors and owner for other works related to lift / escalator installation quality.
d. Arranges for electrical power to be available for testing of lifts.
e. Check the installation to be in line with the construction drawing, local regulation compliance...
