General Scope of Work
The incumbent will supervise the installation of Otis lifts, escalators and dumbwaiters for assigned projects from commencement to completion including handover to Service.
Job Responsibilities:

• Safety – Ensure Otis Safety Requirements work compliance (OSS) pertaining to work activities are being adhered to.
• Quality
• Implements and maintains all ISO 9000 procedures.
• Regular check to installation quality based on Otis’ in-house quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with main contractor, other subcontractors and owner for other works related to lift / escalator installation quality.
• Arranges for electrical power to be available for testing of lifts.
