Site Engineer

Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor construction works to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and documentation of site activities.
• Conduct inspections, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Resolve technical/site issues and support project billing and estimation tasks.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision (renewable energy experience a plus).
• Licensed Engineer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
