Site Foreman – Bricklaying

Job Description: MK Legends Construction is looking for a reliable and experienced Site Foreman to manage bricklaying teams on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple teams, ensuring daily production targets are met, and maintaining quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage 6 bricklaying teams Ensure daily bricklaying targets are achieved (700+ bricks per team) Monitor quality of facebrick work Report daily progress to company director Control site discipline and attendance Coordinate with main contractor and site management Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications Identify and solve site challenges quickly Maintain productivity and time management on site
