Site Foreman

• Assist in the inspection of the ongoing housing units and land development.
• Issue non‑compliance report and monitor rectifications.
• Identify repair work and coordinate with the contractors.
• Prepare the units for occupancy of house owners.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in masonry, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Basic knowledge in reading engineering plans.
• Willing to be relocated in any project sites.
• Amenable to work in Pandi, Bulacan.
