My client is seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee night shift operations on a major airport project. This role suits a hands-on leader who can work autonomously, communicate clearly, and keep site activities running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all night shift site activities
• Manage trades, subcontractors, and daily site tasks
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards
• Lead pre-starts and maintain strong communication across crews
• Provide clear handovers to day shift and project management
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively
