EKURHULENI HOUSING COMPANY(EHC) is looking for a Site Foreman to monitor the work carried out by contractors, support facilities refurbishments and major maintenance projects in order to ensure that all projects are completed within time, cost and quality and to EHC’s standards and specifications

Construction and site inspections. Project control – Supervise and inspect all work done by the contractors against the specifications. Perform project administrative responsibilities for the project managers and their teams by executing effective and accurate administration for all projects with the area of accountability. Monitor, control and evaluate quality control in construction process on departmental projects.
