Job description:

1. Responsible in managing and overseeing the entire warehouse and logistics operational standards and procedures to attain the organizations Business Result's Target.

2. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

3. Keep track of quality, quantity , delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

4. Liaising and negotiating with clients , suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.

5. Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments.

6. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

7. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

8. Comply with laws, regulations and other such as ISO requirements.
