YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, organize and direct the organizational resources to ensure the achievement of Plant objectives
Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
Collaborate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
Review established production schedules for manufacturing to ensure established inventory levels are met, while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
Work closely with the quality control team to review product consistency and focus on areas of continual improvement.
Ensure robust preventative maintenance mechanisms/programs are being followed at the plant and arrange for necessary approvals for replacement/ procuring of plant equipment when necessa...
