Site Head - Manufacturing Operations (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Site Head – Manufacturing to lead end-to-end biologics manufacturing operations at a GMP production facility. This individual will hold full accountability for site performance, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and the reliable supply of high-quality biologic medicines to global markets.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in biologics manufacturing (USP/DSP and fill–finish) with proven leadership of large, cross-functional teams within highly regulated environments.
