Our client is seeking an experienced Site HR Advisor to join their team in a site-based role supporting a busy operational workforce. This is a hands-on position suited to a confident HR professional who thrives in frontline environments, enjoys working closely with leaders and employees, and can balance employee relations, compliance, and performance support in a fast-paced setting.
Providing day-to-day HR support to site leadership and employees across a broad range of HR matters
Advising on employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and investigations
Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation are applied consistently and remain compliant on site
Supporting performance review processes, development planning, and employee training initiatives
Maintaining accurate HR records, reporting on HR metrics, and contributing to HR projects and process improvements
