Site HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented HR leader to join our team to support our organization in Singapore. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, providing guidance on policies, analyzing business trends, and implement initiatives for global process improvements, ensuring the function's effectiveness. You will lead complex investigations, manage regional HR policies, and design programs that enhance manager effectiveness and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and steward a holistic People plan that enables business results, regulatory compliance and operational excellence while identifying and deploying impactful people strategies and programs that enable scalable solutions.
