• Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements (e.g. MOM regulations), as well as internal and regional HR policies.

• Manage and continuously review compensation structures to remain competitive within the manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and semiconductor industries through regular market benchmarking.
