About the Role

We are seeking a Site HSE Advisor to provide expert Health, Safety, and Environment support on major onshore construction and decommissioning projects. Reporting to the Field HSE Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the site safety management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a strong safety culture across the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive HSE awareness through workforce engagement, toolbox talks, and training initiatives.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor subcontractors, and ensure equipment and processes meet safety standards.
