Site Initiative Project Manager



The Site Initiative Leader (SIL) is the project leader, which will be responsible for ensuring the development and delivery of all new initiatives sourced from the Granollers Site.



SIL is the primary point of contact for innovation and strategical projects, going hand-in-hand with other SC stakeholders among which stand out: the Global Initiative Leader (GIL), Procurement, Technical (Formula & Pack) teams, Planning Hub and Quality.



MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES



+ Lead all new initiative executions after handover from GIL

+ Ensure the quality, cost, and quantity on-time and in-full for the assigned projects

+ Align, build, and follow up new projects Critical Path Schedule (CPS)

+ Organize and lead the kick-off meetings, execution meetings and other key touch points, to ensure the readiness and secure the CPS adherence
