Site Inspector

As a Site Inspector, you will be responsible for verifying and documenting the physical aspects of properties for the purpose of generating accurate tax depreciation schedules. This role is essential to ensure that the property’s construction details align with regulations for tax depreciation claims.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting on-site inspections to document property features, construction methods, and materials for tax depreciation reports
• Ensuring that all elements relevant to depreciation (such as building structure, fittings, and equipment) are properly noted and meet tax requirements
