As an EarlyON Site Lead, you will collaborate with YMCA Northumberland and community partners to create enriching learning environments. This role requires planning and delivering engaging programs for children and caregivers, alongside effective coordination with the EarlyON team. Responsibilities will include ensuring service quality and community partnership development within established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate EarlyON programs for families
• Implement core services aligned with educational policies
• Provide quality drop-in programs for parents and children
• Support parents with information on child development
