Job Description
Lead the installation and maintenance of wind turbines at Nordex. Ensure compliance and safety within a collaborative team environment focused on clean energy.
As a Site Lead, you will directly contribute to Nordex’s mission to provide renewable energy solutions. This role requires oversight of wind turbine installations and guidance for Service Technicians, ensuring they are well-versed in maintenance and safety standards. Your responsibilities will also include addressing operational issues and documenting all maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities: • Train team on proper turbine maintenance techniques • Conduct electrical and mechanical safety analyses • Troubleshoot turbine failures effectively • Manage inventory of tools and spare parts • Document and track maintenance schedules
