Job Responsibilities

• Lead direct and oversee all Dubai Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) operations and processes with full P&L accountability.
• Role model RTX leadership values and behaviors setting the standard for safety trust respect accountability collaboration innovation and performance.
• Serve as the Accountable Manager for the Dubai MRO site with overall responsibility for people quality compliance and performance across multiple business units (Interiors Advanced Structures and Power & Controls).
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Airworthiness Authorities standards; act as Accountable Manager with the GCAA EASA FAA CAAS and other regulatory bodies maintaining an audit‑ready fully compliant environment at all times.
• Develop and manage the sites annual service center budget including labour and material costs ensuring delivery of financial objectives and margin targets.
