What you'll be doing
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify the most promising locations for new Citistores retail outlets
Collaborate with the real estate and construction teams to negotiate lease agreements and oversee the site development process
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to make informed recommendations on site selection and expansion strategies
Maintain detailed records and documentation of the site selection and evaluation process
Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on the progress of the site selection and expansion initiatives
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in urban planning, geography, real estate, or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site sourcing, or a similar role within the construction or retail industry
