Site Manager (Area Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects across assigned areas
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage and supervise site and project engineers, contractors, and site teams
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical, operational, and site issues
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams
• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of residential and housing projects
• Provide regular site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Manage multi-site operations across Rizal locations
