Reporting to the Regional Director – Central and Southern Interior, the Site Manager is responsible for program development; human resource management, financial resource management; delivery of services; assessments/tests tools; interpretations and treatment of residents of Turning Points Collaborative Societies programs and sites. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and evaluates all aspects of the program, including but not limited to policy and procedure manuals and admission criteria and/or continuum of care planning.
