Our client is a leading Galway Building Construction Contractor working on the delivery of Commercial, Educational, Healthcare and Residential projects throughout the West.

They have requirements for a site manager for a largescale residential development ca€20M based in Ballina. Project to run for 2 years with ongoing work in the West.

Lead daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers on-site.

Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and Health & Safety standards.
