Site Manager

An Architectural Wet Trade subcontractor looking for :-

Responsibilities:

• Attend site meetings when necessary.
• Overseeing all project activities on-site and making sure they are completed as per schedule
• Liaised with main contractors and sub-contractors to ensure the project gets done on time and within budget.
• Coordinated with main contractor of work schedules and key site activities.
• Ability to handle multiples projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 4-6 Year(s) of working experience in Site Co-ordination and Building Construction Work
• Knowledge in Architectural finishing work will be an added advantage
