4Site Recruitment is looking for a Site Manager for a commercial office fit-out project in Central London.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organise, and manage day-to-day site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and workforce on site
Monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met
Ensure quality of work meets project specifications
Manage health and safety compliance on site
Liaise with client, project manager, and design teams
Track materials, deliveries, and site resources
Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements:

Experience working on office fit-out projects
Experience with CAT A / CAT B office fit-outs
2 - 3 years in a similar Site Manager role
