Location: West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-4.30pm, 42 hours per week
Salary: Competitive Salary, Dependent on Experience
Role Overview
The Site Manager plays a central role in the successful delivery of each project, working closely with the wider project team to ensure schemes are completed safely, on programme, to budget and to the quality standard expected by both the client and our business. As a key operational leader on site, the Site Manager helps create a positive, collaborative working environment. They lead by example, promoting our values, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, and driving high levels of performance. The successful candidate will take shared responsibility for day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, resolving issues proactively and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, end users and project partners.
