Site Manager

Overview

We are hiring Site Managers for our client’s project in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, Finland. The position is fixed-term. The estimated length of the assignment is about 1,5 years. The estimated start of the assignment is as soon as the suitable professionals are found.

Responsibilities

• Main client’s contact to end customer and authorities at site
• Maintain site cost forecast and follow up
• Manage and supervise client’s supervisors at site
• Checking work processes meet all regulations
• Monitoring the progress of the work
• Prepare weekly and monthly report
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Review and comment on subcontractors’ weekly target schedules and progress report
• Participate in all meeting with end customer
• Using construction management computer applications
