Site Manager, Finland

We are looking for a driven and hands‑on Site Manager, Finland to establish, lead, and develop Hagmans Nordic’s growing operations in Finland. The Finnish operations are built around Virtasen Maalitehdas in Pargas, a well‑established Finnish paint brand that plays an important role in Hagmans Nordic’s future growth plans.

This is a new role created to take over operational, manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse responsibilities for the Finnish operations. The role combines daily operational leadership with a clear strategic growth agenda, including the planned establishment of a new combined manufacturing and logistics site in the Turku area.

The Site Manager reports to Supply Chain Manager at Limhamnshus Industri AB, Hagmans Group and works closely with the CEO of Virtasen Maalitehdas. The role also includes close collaboration with other Site Managers in the group, the wider Supply Chain organization, and a range of external stakeholders.
