SITE MANAGER

This role suits a Site Manager who enjoys being on site full-time and taking ownership of a well-run project. You’ll be based in Hawthorn on a $2.5m commercial restoration where finish, sequencing and site control genuinely matter.

To be considered, you must have experience delivering high-end residential or tier 3 commercial projects as the lead Site Manager. This is not a step-up role. You’ll need to be confident owning OHS compliance, short-term programming, quality control and the day-to-day running of site from day one.

The business is a well-established commercial builder known for restoration-style projects and carefully managed programs. Projects typically sit between $1–3m and run for four to eight months, giving you variety, momentum and none of the drag that comes with multi-year builds. The culture is practical and supportive, led by a director who stays close to the work and values clear communication, good systems and developing people over time.
