Site Manager – HV Substation Project (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site delivery of a High Voltage substation project in Finland. The role is responsible for managing daily site activities, subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day construction activities on an HV substation site
Coordinate civil, electrical, and commissioning works
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, Finnish regulations, and project requirements
Supervise subcontractors and site teams
Monitor progress, quality, and schedule
Liaise with the client, project team, and local stakeholders
Support testing, energisation, and handover activities
Requirements
Proven experience managing HV substation projects (110kV–400kV)
Strong knowledge of HSE and site management practices
