We are seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to oversee on-site delivery of a
High Voltage substation project
in Finland. The role is responsible for managing daily site activities, subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on an HV substation site
• Coordinate civil, electrical, and commissioning works
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, Finnish regulations, and project requirements
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams
• Monitor progress, quality, and schedule
• Liaise with the client, project team, and local stakeholders
• Support testing, energisation, and handover activities
