Site Manager - Katoomba

We are seeking an experienced Contract Site Manager to deliver a refurbishment project within the hospitality sector in Katoomba. This is an immediate contract role through to May/June with a reputable fitout contractor.

About the Role

You will manage day-to-day site operations in a live environment, coordinating trades and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site works from mobilisation to completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors
• Drive programme and ensure milestones are met
• Maintain WHS and quality compliance
• Manage site documentation and reporting via Procore

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on fitout and refurbishment projects
• Experience within hospitality projects preferred
