Site Manager

Mint Selection are working with a leading renewable energy developer seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction and delivery of a utility‑scale solar PV project in Leeds.

This role is suited to a hands‑on Site Manager with a strong background in solar farms or renewable generation projects, capable of supervising day‑to‑day site activities and coordinating third‑party contractors from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

Scope of Work

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities from mobilisation to commissioning and final handover, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and programme requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers across civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
• Oversee installation of solar PV arrays, mounting structures, DC cabling, inverters, substations, and associated grid connection infrastructure.
