    • About the Role


    We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of on-site delivery across our residential development projects.


    Reporting to the Construction Contracts Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day site operations from establishment through to handover and the 12-month maintenance period. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within scope and budget, and to the high-quality standards our community expects.


    This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

  • Manage site establishment and full project lifecycle delivery

  • Coordinate and lead contractors, subcontractors and consultants on-site
