Job Description
- Supervise day -to -day construction operations and ensure progress according to schedule.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review construction drawings and ensure implementation per design intent.
- Ensure all works meet quality standards and comply with safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and verify work done for progress claims.
- Prepare daily site reports, monitor manpower deployment, and track material usage.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Support Construction Manager in planning and progress review meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 6–8 years of site management experience in high -rise building projects.
