About the Role

As Site Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects—from planning to execution—ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to quality standards. You'll manage daily site operations and coordinate with field teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and share detailed work plans and schedules with field supervisors
• Monitor site activities to ensure alignment with approved plans
• Lead supervision using shop drawings, specifications, and special requirements
• Conduct coordination meetings and guide field supervisors
• Perform regular site walkthroughs and inspections
• Ensure work stays within productivity budgets
• Enforce safety protocols on-site and in surrounding areas
