Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations

Lead subcontractors and site teams

Ensure H&S, BCAR, and regulatory compliance

Monitor programme, quality, and costs

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and management



Requirements

Experience as Site Manager / Site Foreman / Construction Supervisor

Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR
