Responsibilities Manage a group of 15 Security Personnel including but not limited to: Parade, uniform, Time and attendance, P{ay queries, overtime and leave. Performs locking, Arming/Disarming of the warehouse. Manage inbound and outbound of stock from the warehouse Conduct SOP/Job Description training with the Security Personnel Attend onsite weekly Security Operations meetings with the Client. Manage SACS ( Saflec Access Control System) compliance on site. Issue temporary access cards using SACS Application. Managing Ad-hoc security requests. Compile daily/monthly incident reports. Management of daily operations. Attend CCMA cases where required. Manage the discipline of security personnel on site. Manage and promote Vodacom Health & Safety compliance. Conduct security sweeps to enforce compliance Vodafone clear desk policies. Conduct checks and balances to prevent loss. Assist with monthly/ quarterly stocktake.
