Site Manager / Night Shift

Job Description

Design & Build are currently working with an well established fitout Builder.

They are are looking for a Supervisor/Site Manager to help finish a project in the CBD.


As the Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:

Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries

Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders

Conducting site inductions for staff and sub-contractors

Managing the sub-contractors to ensure they are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities, monitoring their performance daily in regards to safety, quality and programme and report deficiencies to the Site Manager

Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site

Requirements to be considered for the Site Manager role:

A minimum of 1 year Supervisor experience...
