Site Manager Peru

*Mission *
We are looking for a Site Manager to join the Operations Peru team at Zelestra Latam, based at our Babilonia Project (near La Joya, Arequipa, Peru).

The main mission of this role will be to plan and lead the on-site execution of the project during its construction phase on behalf of the Zelestra Chile (SPV) team, overseeing on-site personnel and the management of resources and schedules, in line with project planning, applicable regulations, safety and occupational health standards and plans, quality and environmental requirements, and Zelestra's internal guidelines. All of the above is aimed at ensuring the Project is executed safely and efficiently as it moves toward commissioning.
