With construction value at £30m , The project includes
* A new extension providing 29 additional guest suites.
* Refurbishment of existing hotel areas including public spaces, spa, and gym.
* Construction of a new seven-storey wing around an internal courtyard.
* Integration with the existing Grade II listed Art Deco hotel while retaining historic façade elements.
You have sound previous experience of working on high hotel environments with sound experience of design and fast track fit outs including MEP exposure.
