Role - Site Manager (no1. on site with visiting Contracts Manager)

Location - Chichester, Horhsam / West Sussex area

Salary - £45k - £60k + Package

I am looking for an experienced Site manager for a role with a high end homes contractor covering sites in West Sussex. They cover Hampshire and Sussex and work on projects valued Circa £10m+ of bespoke builds.

You will ideally have experience working in a stand alone site manager role (no1.)

Responsibilities

• Be a face for the contractor and work closley with the client
• Organise contractors, sub-contractors, and conduct all operative and visitor inductions
