Job Description

As a Site Manager, you will have full project responsibility for our Resident Service operations at our customers’ site in Pyskowice (Silesia), Poland. After 1-2 years it is possible to work partly from home.


Your role in our team

  • Lead and develop an on-site service team

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Act as the main point of contact for our client and subcontractors

  • Coordinate shift plans and optimize service processes

  • Monitor KPIs and present them to internal and external stakeholders

  • Drive employee development

  • You bring a technical degree, technician qualification, or similar background

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Service Coordinator — ideally in intralogistics or plant engineering
