Required for a well-established residential developer undertaking 150+ Apartments in Dublin 15 which has commenced.

Role

* Boots-on-the-ground Site Management

* Sequencing and production management of key trade subcontractors with a focus on building envelope and groundworks

* Liaising with the site engineering and design team to ensure early resolution of technical bottlenecks

* Overseeing workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards

* Working with the logistics manager to ensure site setup and materials management supports the safe and efficient execution of the works programme

* Near-term look-ahead works programming, liaising with key stakeholders as required i.e: public utilities, local authority ·
