**About the job**:
In this unique and exiting role you will be responsible for our Site Rjukan where you will lead a team of 16 employees. As our Site Manager, you will independently run Site Rjukan while simultaneously being part of our larger organization, where other parties also influence and support your work. You will be delivering on our strategy and achieving agreed targets, all while driving continuous improvement. You will manage operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, lead, coach, develop our team, and being the country representative for Nouryon Norway.
