Our client is looking for a dynamic, organised, and customer‑focused Site Manager to take full ownership of their Rock Drilling Tools contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑performance mining environment and can confidently lead both operations and commercial delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:
Full end‑to‑end management of the rock drilling tools contract
Leading a 24/7 multi‑shift team (±20 employees)
Ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations
Inventory control, stock accuracy, issuing and reporting
Analysing tool failures and identifying root causes
Monitoring and optimising Cost per Meter (CPM)
Managing client relationships and handling escalations
